But when Jeha found him later he felt hella guilty especially when MG said that "staying with him (jeha) or Kim is the same thing" After that incident Jeha started being really nice to Mg. So its technically not a sudden change since he's mainly doing it out of guilt and that situation made him realize that he really like Mongryong
