From what I understand (but I am really just guessing, don't take my words as the pure truth) this seems to be a little extra chapter that shows what happened between Kay getting pregnant and him and ML becoming the Emperor and Empress. ML and the wizard are just getting rid of all the zombies that they've found in that place where they have found the first fower of Alosha. ML wants to find another flower (since one already grew there, why not two?) because he doesn't actually want to become emperor. The fact is that a second flower was there but got another person pregnant, that then became a zombie. While purging the area from zombies, they find this last zombie and while trying purifying/unaliving it, the zombie releases from its body a baby that actually kept growing in it even if the body of the 'mother' was evil aka a zombie. The wizards take the child with them because the baby has the potential to become a wizard themself, and at the same time ML decides to become an emperor because this will keep Kay at his side (as we saw it, not really lol Kay will try to flee before the wedding). I don't know what prompted the ML to want to become emperor AFTER he saw the child. Maybe because he has seen that children birthed thanks to the flower of Alosha can survive basically anything? I don't know.
This is all my guess ofc.
And this one goes into the one star category as well. So effing tired of this r*pe trend, korean BL artists need to stop.
I'm also very tired of this, it is almost impossible to find a good bl that doesn't contain rape. So many bl where wonderful and at some point, for no reason a rape scene is added. Of course the rapiste is never punished for his crime, the victim always moves on super quickly, like being raped is nothing. Authors are so fucking lazy, I hate it (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
So does it mean that I can't complain about having my expectations ruined?
I do buy some other titles on original platform, but titles that I am not disappointed by, and that imho deserve my money.
Also, I can tell you that korean authors do not care about international paying readers. Maybe now that there is a comment section on l*zhin US they will care more, but I still highly doubt it, because outside from korean social networks, they don't go out of their way to see/read what their English speaking audience think. It was the same back in the day with japanese authors.
Maybe having some authors on twitter helped with making them see that some tropes are just toxic and annoying, but they are just not the majority. Most of them are elsewhere, listening to a fandom that loves romanticezed r*pe as a trope.
Ok man sorry i hurt your feelings. I’m just saying it’s funny seeing all these self aggrandizing comments like “this deserves a one star” when you’re a non paying reader and contribute literally nothing to the author’s data and livelihood. And also saying “korean authors need to stop” lmfao stop what? Making the stories that they want to make? Why should they need to stop for the sake of a leech like you? Just read something else man that’s all I’m saying. I get a paying customer getting annoyed about not liking something they paid for but you’re literally not paying for anything.
And when did I say that you’re allowed to complain? I’m just saying your comment is FUNNY. Because it literally is. It’s funny to see you acting all self righteous when you’re reading in a fucking illegal website FOR FREE. By all means continue making comments like this if you like the smell of your own piss and farts so much but people also have the right to comment on your shit
Don't worry, you haven't hurt my feelings. My comment was just an honest and genuine complain because I was disappointed about a story that I was really hoping to be good because yes, I wanted to go and buy the chapters. Like when you go buy clothes, don't you try them on before buying? Or for a movie, don't you read some reviews before watching it?
I read it, I complained about it following a trend that it is frankly quite annoying to me. And yes, it might be something that the author really wants to portray, but it can't be denied that nowadays some stories just have the noncon factor because it is popular aka it makes money. So I'm sorry but I highly doubt that the sole purpose of some korean BL authors is to just express themselves through their r*pe-y stories, instead of just doing it because it is "the trend".
Also, yes, after I complained I stopped reading. But I couldn't have known that this story was not for me without reading it, right?
And some trends need to stop because they might be triggering for some readers that went through those specific dynamics (and there are almost never triggers at the beginning of any given chapter), and also, romanticizing noncon is just wrong. I don't have to tell you why it is wrong, I hope.
Authors don't have to stop because I say so. They can keep going as well as I can keep complaining and then stop reading, deciding then not to give them my money. It is as simple as that.
I don't know why you perceived my comment as self-righteous or aggrandizing, but sure, you do you. And yes, my comment might be funny, because I should have picked up the red flags before deciding to finally stop reading. Shame on me and all that jazz.
Still, I don't think I deserve the way you rudely talk to me at the end of your comment, when I am just trying to have a normal discussion. We can disagree with each other, but insulting? It's not as cool as you think it is.
Please never strap a baby on your back and go work in the fields under the summer sun D: the baby needs to stay in the shade!!! And if it's too hot, they mighr overheat and it's also super dangerous T_T they are so reckless with that poor baby. Also, changing nappies might be yucky but it's not hard lol author definitely never was near a real life kid ever in their life.
And when you think Jaekyung can't get worse... jealous Jaekyung is even worse than his regular self. Kim Dan is literally SCARED of him, how can people still justify that man, which is the root cause of all Dan's problems??? Just because Jaekyung is 'good looking'? Please, he is an abuser and a rapist, he can never be redeemed in my eyes.
I love hate-reading this and talking bad about a fictional character. It's this simple, and I'm not the only one to do it. But some other people just talk and act like these characters are real people and get offended over readers hating on Jaekyung...
I just happened to see this update as well in mangago home, I was actually looking for Liai Superstar.
...I actually shouldn't justify myself to a stranger on the internet, nor explain myself. My bad. Have a nice day.
King of Epssen, go get your man!!! That filthy pos Glenberg needs to die and leave Shylan alone D: even Lisbet, how could she even agree to the marriage??? I think she doesn't know about how her brother abused MC, but I would have started having doubts after seeing Shylan reaction to the marriage thing.
Loving this series so so much! Kiel is HILARIOUS in his way of simping lol
What bothers me is this Paradise Scan group that has the other chapters behind paywall, when they are a scanlation group, which means they are earning money on stuff that's not theirs (aka they do not hold the copyright of this story, the korean author does).
They even have written on their website that they do not approve or condone sailing the seven seas...which is literally what they're doing, since they are a scanlation team. The hypocrisy lol
Back in the day, scanlation was something that fans would do for other fans for free. But I guess nowadays people are tryna make money from everything, even from stuff that were just supposed to help other fans discover new titles.
It's like if a fanfiction writer decides to put new chapter of their fic behind a paywall. It's just wrong lol because they are using characters for their fic that don't belong (copyright-wise) to them. That's why for example AO3 does not allow links to patreon or stuff like that. Fanfiction should not be lucrative, neither should be scanlation.
People that say otherwise are just hypocrites. You wanna make money? Do something original, create/draw your own story with your own characters. Then yes, you can sell the chapters and make money from your own copyright. Or just build a website that hosts licensed titles not ones translated by fans foe fans. Then yes, you can paywall the chapters to your own liking.

I came here to say that this title is having a sequel in Korea right now, 11 years after the first volume was published. But I am surprised that the scanlation is not completed. The official version is already all out
