I hope the girl gets a nice man, not that MC is not a nice man, but unfortunately he is still so attached to his toxic hying, in a Stockholm syndrome type of way, that he would never be able to wait and try to date her. It's when you are rooting for a straight pairing in a BL that you know something in the story has gone VERY wrong D:

I think I'm gonna drop it. The art is kind of meh, and there is just too much rape. I did appreciate the prince waited until he was an adult to assault his tutor, but the mc really doesn't feel nothing for ml and all those time he said IT HURTS made me so uncomfortable. I wish korean authors would stop with this romanticization of rape. It is just disgusting.

As an italian person, I can tell you that Leo's reaction to JJ breaking uncooked spaghetti in two is VERY accurate. Not the coffee thing though, I mean you are free to like whatever coffee you want, but you will be harshly judged if you ask for an americano/iced americano in Italy lol (Just ask for iced coffee, which is basically iced espresso).
It's really like that bit in Pride and Prejudice when Darcy goes to Lizzie and confesses his love for her, only for her to refuse him because she still super mad about the way he used to talk badly about the Bennets and the way he made Bigley and Jane break up because he thought she wasn't worthy of Bingley.
He is distraught and she just stands her ground and tells him she doesn't want to have anything to do with him. Time passes and both of them meet each other after the whole debacle with Lizzie's yourger sister eloping with a scumbag soldier, Darcy saving her reputation by giving the soldier money to marry the youg Bennet girl, Lizzie learns about it and FINALLY she admits to herself that she has always liked Darcy but she had to forgive him first and abandon her own pride (after he gave up hi prejudices when he fell in love with her). They meet again and finally they confess and happy ending ensues.
I know it's a stretch, but a lot of this BL reminds me of pride and prejudice but in a more modern and a simplistic way.
Well it’s called pride and persistence so I don’t think any of what you wrote is a stretch ? I feel like it’s pretty accurate actually
