The different perspectives was everything for me lol it made me empathize with everyone even Yohan lol.. it’s fucked up what he did but i love how the author included his perspective on it & how it haunted him for so long i think this was very important too just as readers to understand why Minjae forgave him or why Minjae felt the way he did abt Yohan.
This is the second story I read from this author & I really love how realistic the characters are it made me realize like damn mainstream bl is lacking lmao & damner all the popular stories feel like cash grabs. I also appreciate how Taesaun(??) addressed how he raped & hurt Minjae & how deeply regretful he was abt it.. like ughhhh im so satisfied with just the resolve of the story like all the issues between the characters were addressed & every action had a reaction..
Anyways 100000/10 read definitely just became one of my favorites

Just finished rereading this & im so glad i did lol i reread on a whim & i actually forgot the plot & how it ended but 100000/10 writing, I love the art & honestly part of me wishes it was wayyyyy popular but the other half of me loves that it isn’t lol anyways just realized the author has other stories so im abt to go binge read the other ones lol !
Just finished rereading this & ughhh my heart Sehyun… I think this is either my 3rd or 4th time rereading & it’s still one of my top reads.
Something abt coming back to reread this story kinda like ..grounds me in a sense from all of the other stories on here lol. I love how the author actually addresses the different themes/ issues and also how fleshed out the characters are & their personalities. The depictions too, you’re a great author/ artist when the work you show makes it feel so real even if the characters are fictional their stories are so real.
I also loved the letter to Tracy I love how the author doesn’t just use her as some random tragic character in Boris’s backstory but continues to remind us of how much she shaped Boris as a character & her impact even on his relationship w Sehyun. ╥﹏╥ 1000000/10 read
Also I’d argue that reading the original love is an illusion is worth it Dojin was shitty for what he did but girl lets me honest the story isn’t in the big 3 for nothing ╮(￣=￣)╭
Don’t get me wrong I love love is an illusion plus this story but the writing was never peak, the “omegaverse” theme was a little bit a head of its time from my knowledge. Realistically what can u expect lol many of these popular bl authors never address ANY real problem between the characters it’s like it’s unspoken. It basically kills these ppl to actually add depth to a character/ problem or two lol
