Why's the duke the only person in the kingdom who wears a cape??? I didn't notice at first, but once I did, I thought it was a noble fashion thing. Buuuuut at the birthday party, I noticed no one else wore CAPES! Well, he is a duke, maybe only dukes or higher are allowed to wear capes, and noblemen below are forbidden to try to copy his fashion. I wonder if the king wears one too.
