What did Yahwi mean when he said: “stop it. I get it, now drop it.” ?

my take: while he did understand jooin’s anger and his need to confront these people, he didn’t want to fan the flames and give everyone more reasons to hate on jooin, so he told him to stop before things escalated. he probably didn’t want jooin to talk about their relationships and spur the people/rumors on.

I have two theories on why yahwi gives jooin money. I think it has to do something with his grandfather being harsh on him, maybe he's expecting him to be with someone rich, especially when they are both dudes (his grandpa probably doesn’t going to like that) so yahwi maybe at least wants him to think that jooin is rich (he bought jooin many expensive clothes on chapter 29) so he won’t make his grandpa upset or mad and put him off his testament.
Another option is that maybe when they were very young jooin’s family were poor so perhaps yahwi thinks they’re still having a hard time, so he wants to help jooin now while he can (yahwi is pretty bad with words so he’s just doing without asking). But I think the first theory makes much more sense.
"The books that the world calls immoral are books that show the world its own shame."
I think this quote of oscar wilde describes this comic flawlessly. Love it.
Wow, now that you put it that way... It makes sense!!
