Im happy Nora is here, but he gets side eye until he tell me where tf he been! Why so late? What else did you have to do? He better have something else up his sleeve besides a sword, cus he could've brought that on time.
I appreciate that the author committed to a truly villainous ML. It's so dry and boring when a character is coded as bad/evil only through backstory rather than anything the character actually did. However, I also feel like the author has kind of written themselves into a corner. Like, where can this story/relationship go other than suicide? ML is gonna have to free Howoo by sacrificing himself to save his life. No other ending is really feasible or acceptable.
