I’m not really understanding this sudden switch up on eclis. In my opinion I understand the pity towards his character and feeling sad or bad about how he got manipulated by two different people(more than two but still). However, I feel like you guys aren’t truly understanding Penelope. You guys expect a girl who OBVIOUSLY does not wish to be in the situation that she is in to be nice to everyone (not just this but let’s not forget that she is STILL a villainous character). She decided that her best course was to go with the one character that was kinda nice to the og Penelope and used him to her advantage. She believed that getting that 100% was her ticket out of that world and yet y’all wanted her to get to know him on a deeper level and fill him on her plan to leave that world??? That’s stupid. Though I will admit that this is where Penelope’s flaws truly shines. Penelope still kind of treats the people around her like they are truly just game characters. She treated eclis like he wasn’t human because in her eyes he was just a character in a game. She knows that this is kind of her reality but she is still in denial subconsciously and she therefore still treats them like game characters. Also let’s not forget that by this point Penelope is tired. All her efforts were in vain, her last ditch attempt of leaving the game was thwarted. And now she is being framed as this attention seeking crazy girl by bot Yvonne and Derrick. So NO I will jot feel pity towards the person who helped her get to such a state. Sorry not sorry…

Okay so after reading these comments I see that I’m not the only one who despises Jaina’s father. That dad is one of the WORST dads that I have ever seen. I saw someone defending him saying “oh he gets better,” and that “it’s just a whole bunch of misunderstandings.” Ermmm…I DO NOT CARE that does not excuse the actions that he has done towards Jaina. It’s like the same with people who defend Claude. “Oh no he just erased his emotions..blah blah bla.” And??? At the end of the day you made those decisions completely aware of what you are doing emotions or not. And then they say he gets hurt when he gets his emotions back and Jaina wants nothing to do with him. NO SHIT SHE WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. Also don’t get me started about how slow he is. Why are you not questioning as to why you lover did a complete 180 and is saying she doesn’t love you no more??? Obviously something is wrong and she is trying to shield you from whatever she was trying to shield you from. It just doesn’t make sense, and even the people around him said that she wouldn’t do something like that. And just because of that you go and erase your emotions??? Because you don’t wanna feel betrayed again? Well guess what that’s human life stop being a pussy and face your demons. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. He makes me so mad.
