There is an abandoned/rumored to be haunted house but actually there was a beautiful guy living in it. Guy was sleeping with random people after his lover died. The house was where he lived with his lover.

The mc who stumbled upon this house and man was a younger guy, around high school/college age. I dont think there was any sex between him and the guy, he just found out his story.

Does anyone know/remember a japanese yaoi manga where the main char is working in a small company (can't remember if coding or design or architecture company).

He lost his job or resigned. I think at his previous job, his work was always "stolen" by his superior, wherein they never gave him credit and claim his work as theirs.

After leaving that job he got this current one where the boss knew he was the ghost-designer. He fell in love with his boss but then a coworker told him that people who had a crush on the boss all got fired instantly, so he kept his crush hidden.
