I love this manga so much as well as Shouhei and Mito's story so I hope I learn to love the drama too cuz I just watched the first two episodes and the acting were not giving I'M SO SORRY I think part of it is because I expected more on the casts' visual cuz look at them here in the manga. They are very beautiful! But maybe in the following episodes, I get to see a potential hehe for now, I'll jist reread their story while waiting for the updates.
Volume 5 might be my most favorite volume of this manga so far. Shirasaki is so damn funny LMAO when he sniffed his hand in the middle of talking to the director I bursted out laughing lol also, as much as I love the drama, nothing compares to the manga. I am not liking how Hayama in the drama is super nonchalant when he is such a tease here in the manga. Shirasaki too is somewhat different from the drama I wanna see his progress, his self confidence building up in the drama but don't care, I'll still read and watch both cuz I love them. Hoping for more volumeee.
it's saturday. I got my chores lined up, the bl series especially jbl that I've been watching but I think im in bl series slumped right now cuz I'm not in the mood tow atch anything. But here I am, choosing to reread this story. I just reread POTN then this and I'm planning to reread Surge Towards You after this cuz I miss Yiho so muchhh arghhhh bring me back in my reading bl active era. They are supposed to be my healing time after long week of work I FEEL SO BORED RN hoping after reading these stories I will feel more love huhu
Reading this while watching the season 2 of the live adaptation, it feels weird since not one thing is same lol still one of my top jbl adaptation of all time though!
Oh how is it diff?
The current plot in the adaptation is nowhere to be found in the manga basically, so I really don't know how things will go in their relationship. It was really really different. I kinda hoped that they would follow the manga since I wanna see Shirasaki's growth in acting but sadly, they did not follow it but still a good plot I guess. I wonder how will it work out in the end.
Season 2 of the show is basically an angstier longer version of the mangal third volume though. The base plot is the same.

Since many japanese manga have been getting adaptations now, I hope this one too will have cuz this was one of the stories that gets me into bl manga world and their story is so so sweet. I'd love to see this in live adaptation
