Do not eat fried food (especially one that uses a lot of oil), do not eat food that contain flour, lots of sugar, also milk. If you want some sugar, eat fruits. No cakes, no chocolate, no sweets, sweet iced tea, coke, etc. Try to eat something that's boiled/ steam/ baked. Rather than meat, try to eat more veggies and fish.
