I never got to finish reading this and have completely forgot what it was called, but basically it's an omegaverse bl with characters that are around high-school age and the mc and another dude are outside their school when a storm happens making them seek shelter in little shed outside the school. While their in there MCs friend becomes sick and starts releasing a pheromone that affects MC.
A few things that I remember is that I believe part of the plot was that they were the first Alpha and Omega to exist in their world.
Also one of MCs parents was a dr or nurse that worked at a hospital
