For those who can't decide wether to read because of fat shaming
I doubt MC will go back to his OG weight, but ML's attitude towards it has changed a lot. ML has said MC can eat whatever he wants and now just cares about health and not weight loss.

Looks-obsessed, flippant attitude towards partners, demands his partner changes to fit his taste and cares more about sex than personality. All traits I can't stand yet I just can't hate the ML. He's trash, but he's recyclable trash. An a*hole who is, in his own way, trying his best to have a good relationship. A garbage foundation with a good work mentality. He's got bad priorities, but he puts in serious thought/effort and is willing to change/learn.
