Hi I was wondering if anyone can find this manga I cannot remember the title of it at all ;;

It's basically a guy who's in love with his I'm guessing childhood friend, said childhood friend is in love with his dorm leader who has rejected him and is dating another guy. The main character wears glasses and tries to look like the dorm leader for him and they sleep together once I think? And they live in separate dorm buildings.

but all I remember is that there are two guys and they hate each other and the cover is one carrying the other over the shoulder and the other ass is hanging out and is red from getting his ass slapped
