Why do I keep reading it?

-The wilting light by Phoca, love drawing and the "mood"
-Megumi and tsugumi (makes me laugh a lot even if it's absurd)
-All of you by Liang Azha (I love drawings, a lot)
- I also follow Painter of the night just because I want to finish the story, but it seems to me that story makes no reasonable sense. Even the "good" character is annoying to me.
- Blanc, from nakamura asumiko because I feel really close to that story, it's really similar to mine.
But most don't update regularly.

For all those who get upset because people are so scared at the sight of the scar.
I believe, this story is told more or less from the point of view of a-shi, and what we see is how he sees the perception of other people.
I think it's just that.

Again, maybe it's just my vision.
I know the storytelling techniques of the scripts that will then be used for comics, videos and commercials, I do it for work.
When I see the faceless coworkers, all with such imaginative names all similar to each other, I can only think that they are marginal figures, that they are an example of the context in which the main character is located, characters that do not matter in the story except for what they represent, because we are exploring a-shi's thoughts and life.
The other relational dynamics are so well defined (even in the other comic by this author) that I refuse to think that these trifles are a coincidence.
what I see is his point of view, of an insecure person, because surely that scar has changed his life and the perception of how the world sees him.
One of the first rules of storytelling is: choose the point of view through which you want to show the story.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but to not change and go backwards, it is not the Lord but Nk. Open that mouth! Why are you just crying? Why are you sorry?
You understood you can trust the Lord , you even invoked the Lord's help, speak!
it is from the last chapter that we see that the Lord restrains his impulses waiting to know the truth: for God's sake, Nk answer that question!
You don't have to say who, but you have to say someone kidnapped you, why is he so stupid?
What the hell! NK is such a clueless character carried away by events. Annoying.

That's not always the case, imagine if you was in his position, we all will react differently so we have no say on how people should act or feel in these types of situation, it's hard for victim to speak out on things like this, it's part of their trauma especially if they've already been through so much. You wouldnt cry if that was you? It would be easy for you to talk about it even if you trust the person??

poor guy is literally kidnapped and threatened to be killed if he says anything about his kidnapper. imagine that trauma. no one would be able to think properly after going through that.
he's not stupid, he's trying to survive. and he's barely surviving.
and now every choices he make, it's a threat to his life. tell seunghoo(?) he was kidnapped, no name comes after him. (staying with seuunghoo won't help him, he was literally kidnapped with sunghoo around). if he doesn't tell seunghoo what happened, god knows what will seunghoo do to him in the midst of his own rage. see? he's fricking stuck in a nightmare.
him being 'swayed' by his emotions is absolutely understandable. and he's allowed to feel like that. he's literally traumatized for what happened to him. give him a rest. he's been through so much.

What you tell me is true. But that's only part of it.
Let me explain what I think properly.
The cages break not in sorrow, but in anger.
And anger comes to you if you demand, and to demand you have to know what you want or what has been taken from you.
And if you can't fight you have to be smart: find the flawed cage bar, and push hard with all your anger.
A person, in those situations, who must and wants to survive, either gets smart, or dies. NK is not smart: he does not understand people manipulating him, despite having experienced it several times, he does not understand the magnitude of the violence that is inflicted on him, he has no demands, he has no self-esteem, he trusts everyone, he does not understand when he can take advantage of the situation (like he kept eating with the servants), this is not being good and kind, this is: having absolutely no idea who you are, what you want and the context that surrounds you.
NK is totally inefficient for survival. He's always sorry.
You have to be sorry if you fail, NK doesn't even try.
And yes, I have been through segregation and domestic and social violence of which I still bear the scars, for some aspects even worse than what I read here, and I tell you:
either you get smart and angry, or you die.
It is probably my personal vision, but for me NK is not a good person, but a fool, absolutely not an example if you are in situations of violence and he only moves me to pity.

I'm keeping reading it, but I don't understand a s*it.
those parts that break the main storyline, are they flashbacks or flashforwards?
Are they really flashbacks / flashforwards, or did I just not understand a s*itty fu*king thing?
Why do I read things in flashbacks that don't seem to be consistent with what was said before?
Am I the only one feeling stupid?
Probably I am.
I prefer them talking, than f***ing.
Anyway I'm not complaining.
