I think they mean Cheongryeo from VTIC, not Chungwoo. He was the host of the system before Moondae but failed/died multiple times trying to clear his missions and became a psychopath. He has a frenemy sort of relationship with Moondae where they trade information about the system but for different objectives. Cheongryeo wants to return to the past again (and thinks Moondae’s death is the key) while Moondae just wants to clear all his status abnormalities (in the same timeline) and find out the system’s objective.

KDJ died but due to the special resurrection skill he lived yet it takes time for his body to be fully reconstructed so the latest chapter shows his unconscious yet conscious mind speaking(u get me?) ORV is one of his skills and it allows him to be able to see what the other characters see. Higher stage ORV will allow him to asimilate with the targeted character and even use their body. That guy just now is really YJH yet dokja was able to see the situation using YJH's perspective

So basically the skill omniscient reader viewpoint stage 3 allows him to watch over or transfer his soul into a "character" while he's dead. The skill king of no killing allows him to revive as long as he saved a certain amount of people. I think it was 100 I can't remember tho. Does that make sense tho. If not could you ask me what your confused about.

Basically KDJ is dead, and he is supposed to revive by using the benefit from "King of No Killing" title, but his revival is a tad bit delayed. So now he's in a soul(?) form, and has accidentally activated Omniscient Viewpoint Stage 3.
Stage 1 is him being able to predict characters' actions, Stage 2 is when he has deeper understanding and can read their thoughts, Stage 3 is he can watch the characters from a third viewpoint despite not being there and he can insert himself in another character's viewpoint. Now, he's in the viewpoint of YJH. So basically he is seeing everything that's happening from the viewpoint of YJH, that's why he can feel it when YJH walks and stuff. But the person does not know that he's there.
