wow this one PHEW so good i just know the author is a thinker cause of how deeply she explored womanhood and everything that comes with it in a non modern time and every single character has depth and their own goals and emotions shaped by all sorts of circumstances its rlly nice to see so much variety in the representation of women bc yes ofc we can be badass and strong and independent but we can adversely or even simultaneously be sensitive and meek and ordinary and helpless all at once
