It's not really spoiler because if you already read up until the newest chapter. The reason why ruediger is nice to her is because she is the aunt of luca who raised him all alone and why the duchesses also nice to her is because she have the same eyes as the princess vanessa. Not really sure if there's any other reasons to why ruediger treat her so nice tho.
