When a side character is heavily criticized by other characters for something the MC does all the time. I’ll give 2 example.
I once read a story about zombies. A side character let some people get killed to protect themselves. EVERYBODY hating on them. MC does it and it’s for the greater good. I didn’t even like the side character but wow
