I don’t exactly know how on earth readers expect Pado to react? He was clearly treated rudely by Haeil(for maybe some misunderstanding) and that hurt him deeply. He is keeping is distance which is expected of any person with an ounce of self respect. Haeil is also not at fault either, he is just a human and is expressing his flaws as much as his desire to set things right.

Those who are crying, this is a HAPPY ENDING. Te world where MC continued to live is a world CREATED by the Dragon for his sake, so in order to return back to him, he has to complete this timeline die and then be reunited, which they eventually did. I mean yes in THIS world he gets to die alone without his lover next to him, but remember, he was surrounded by people who loved him, like his niece. Its actually pretty sweet.

So this manga is NOT for hopeless romantics. Does this have a happy ending? Yes, but it is very very realistically portrayed. The storywriting and character development is so strong that if this were ever considered for a movie or a kdrama sctipt, I won’t be surprised.
I have never seen a more headstrong seme than this guy. Is he dominating? Very. Is he empathetic? More than the other characters.
And omg the uke just made me wanna cry. That is s GOOD man.
It’s sad to see uke’s inferiority complex. That is pretty devastating as a partner to hear. Unfortunately that is the reality in a lot of relationships. Now this is a manga, where happy endings are looked upon. But in reality, no one with an intact self dignity will go back after hearing this. I love how the author explored this bit. This issue is more common than you might think.
