im betting blondie works for the government or a private agency and has been investigating the gang too. im thinking hes maybe undercover to get more info on the gang. anyways i dont think hes just evil bad guy there has to be something redeeming. aliist wondering if hes like a triple agent... working for someone whole going undercover to the gang while getting info, even if its rather mundane, about the polices operation/s.
also like i havent actually read this in a good bit so im going off chap 20 - 24 and idk anything else thats going on really i do know blondie came back ti korea from living overseas (i think???? i swear i remember that??) so its possible the gangs becoming an international problem or is apart of a larger organization and hes investigating it all. itll be interesting to see what happens in the next chapter since theyll most likely run into eachother
