It's pretty disgusting that so many commenters are complaining about the SA. This story, unlike many others that use it as a cheap plot device or for shock value, is realistic about what effect that kind of trauma can have on people. Sorry that realism isn't always fluffy and feel good. SA should be handled seriously in a story, instead of treated like a trope.

Like here, the rape actually gets treated as rape and is genuinely part of the background of these characters and how some of them came to be (trauma responses and life being dictated by it before taking their own life info their own hands etc) unlike the stories out there that are glorifying it
Id understand the reactions if it were just the same old glorifying rape, (or not wanting to see anything related due to personal reasons) but this literally isnt that?? Its being treated as the crime it is, and in this case is the cycle of abuse. This shit happens in real life and its awful, but its not being portrayed here as something to take lightly AT ALL. Its a dark and mature story but theyre not glorifying any of it, nor showing it graphically but more through implied means.
People complaining it used to be peak when the story is imo at its most engaging, emotion inducing is really strange to me.

A lot of commenters are being way too mean about this webtoon. It's exactly like how many k-dramas have ridiculous plot points and characters acting crazy. I love that aspect about this title.
And the MC is far from dumb. He def made a bad decision to kiss the other guy who transmigrated from the real world, but many of his other actions make sense. He isn't a push-over. He's very determined. It's refreshing to find an MC like that in omegaverse stories.
I'm excited to see where the story goes next. I hope we learn more about the emperor. I think he's the character who needs some development the most.

i always find it a bit curious when ppl read a piece of work revolving around two protags and then say theyve had enough of said protags. not sure we’ll get much of kyle and nick in any case bc they didnt get a single chapter dedicated to them in the main story + they arent that popular even in SK. :/
I just find that most of recent chapters have been repetitive, and the pace of the storytelling has been slow when compared to the first two seasons. Many other webtoons alleviate this by sometimes switching the narrative to different characters, like a secondary couple, before coming back to the main couple.
I feel like, at this point, Karlyle and Ash's story should wrap up. Other readers want to see more of them, including another sex scene, etc. That's fine too.
KyleNick is in another novel called “Egg Benedict” and they won’t appear much later on (if the artist is planning on only adapting the first 3 volumes of DTR novel then you won’t see them again in S3). There’s no manhwa adaptation for Egg Benedict so if you’re curious about them you can read their novel
