So did everyone die except yona? '-' Yo, I haven't read the latest chapters and have been marinating for years since I've watched the anime
No they didn’t, and I definitely recommend reading but I don’t blame you for wanting to wait for the end because we’re really close to finishing but it’s definitely a good treat to read. If you want spoilers so far of what’s happening keep reading:
Not everyone is dead, Soo-Won is gravely injured but they’re trying to treat him before he dies and all 4 of the dragons are injured/corrupted since they lost the dragon limbs, but they aren’t on death row. Hak “died” by sacrificing himself for their survival but in actuality he’s still alive since Yona believes in him and didn’t see him in the land of the departed, so we’ll probably find out more next chapter since the ending of this chapter hinted at him still being alive. So yeah everyone is fine and alive, if anyone is going to die it’ll probably be Soo-Won because even if he does survive his injuries, he has a deadly illness which already made his time limited.
I do highly recommend reading though, it’s worth it and all the arcs are so much better after the anime :)

I just wanna say that woman definitely parasited him and then after sexual intercourse, the parasite would then be transferred to another person.
I don't think the woman parasited him. All other parasited animals are inside the house and he definitely didn't fuck a wasp. It may be transmitted by sexual intercourse but it's definitely not the only way.
It started small too, from insect to cat to human. So I think it started in the house.
Now is the student the real owner of the house or was he brought there by the woman and the rest is the parasite speaking, bringing new preys inside his breeding ground ? Or did he just parasite another random woman before his own parasite was mature ? He didn't seemed very conscious when he kissed the detective after all.
