Because I didn't want it to end.... IT WAS SO GOOD AND I HATE HOW THIS IS THE END OF SEASON. HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO WAIT!!!!?.
This chapter was a piece of art. Something shattered in me when Bret was asking Hayden to go on a date but Hayden broke down. Brett's cynical view and when Hayden hugged him and the world spun for him, but he pushed his emotions aside to remind Hayden what he wanted wasn't going to happen.... I don't really understand the gun analogy, but then again, if Bret did report the rape, its likely that the other politician would cover it up and spin it around. Ah but I wish Bret portrayed his need to be comforted a bit better and Hayden had the insight to see it a bit better. Though, I understand him too.... GAWD IT WAS FUN!!
Hurt/comfort is delicious like that.
