I came to add onto this comment that yes it's completed for the fan-translation (4 volumes, 29 chapters, fan-translation has messed up chapters btw) and that you should definitely read the official version because it's formatting proper and actually readable!

it depends on if you want to read it with or without those scenes

I think it´s better because It makes more sense when there are being intimate. In the shonen-ai version, they do it with the clothes on, which looks weird.

Yes, only season two, because in season one they are still children so, not need to put mature scenes...

For season two, I recommend reading the mature version. I think it has more sense in some scenes that are cut in the shone-ai version because of censorship
