The reason the rating is low is bc there are so few people who have followed it. A majority of people are rating it 5 stars but it’s balanced out by the average score of 3 and the few 1 stars. So thus 7.7 is pretty on par for that.
Honestly best to either ignore the ratings or look at the bar chart for comics
