Shounen literally means young boy
Shoujo means young girl
Uke means bottom (the female or the one that takes the dicc in yaoi)
Seme means top (the male or the one that inserts the dicc)
But in genre:
Shounen means all boys or mainly for boys
Shoujo is for those that likes heterosexual couples or romance
