I gotta say that one translation needs to be looked before being translated because I couldn't understand. But overall, I been crying all night and I had work in the afternoon. Although the MC's ex lover did absolute harm to him, the letter made me sad. And I really loved the doctor how he was so sweet to the MC. ╥﹏╥
