They aren't brothers or related at all. In ch29, joffrey in game said "I'm not the king son" so yeah his mom had an affair. And tbh it's not like they acted like siblings lol so it's fine to keep rooting for them
They are not related by blood AT ALL. Joeffrey already says that multiple times it's not even spoilers anymore
The king refuse to be intimate with the queen, that's what make her angry since she is a princess from another country too and she got disrespected like that. Especially when she found out the king had an affair with another woman
