Any easy way to download my lists from iPhone?

Hi I saw a post about how to download your reading lists for Apple users.

Is it only possible for Apple computer users to download list via “download linked file” — I’ve did as instructed and I only get the first page? Should I just screenshot everything? What is the best way?

I’m just trying to prepare and I don’t want to forgot the mangas/man what I’ve saved
