He was definitely as good looking as perez. Even lombardi old man said he was the spitting image of the late emperor. Not just that, they're probably similar in character too. Lombardi old man always spoke of the late emperor as if he was a very difficult man to handle. He was definitely a tyrant. And probably even kept lombardi in check as long as he reigned.
