Can you just give me spoilers please I'm really hating the ml rn

Val was really trying hard to set things right with Sil because he realised and admitted it to himself that he loves Sil, so he begged Sil to give him a chance to love him. Sil gave Val a month to do things right and if Sil still hasn't change his mind he'll let him go. But then something happened to Val and got into an accident that got him in a coma for 2 month, he woke up and thought that Sil left him behind, but Sil was just on a mission, anyways after that they confessed and Sil nursed Val for a month but it prolonged caused Val was faking his illness cause he wanted Sil to take care of him. It got a happy ending

In a way he did because the reason he got into a coma was because he saved Sil, he got shot 3 times then they both fell from a balcony, Val used his body as a cusion and hugged Sil so that he was safe. Remember how Sil would begged that Val would dissappear from his life and die, he regretted wishing that when he saw Val bleeding out. He prayed that he would live and said that he didn't want Val to die anymore. Also Val really regretted what he did in the past, he hated his past self. At the side stories Val becomes a clingy lover
