Please please please don't stop translating! I was so happy when I saw your first upload/read your note that I actually shouted out loud, grateful to *finally* be able to read and *understand* this wonderful story. Now I get to the next chapter only for that happiness to be crushed because someone talked you out of continuing in favor of waiting for the official English translation (which are never as good as the original/localization typically messes things up). You also said it yourself, that you know people are going to continue "translating" (read: *butchering*) and uploading this, it would make more sense and be so much better if we could instead continue to read your well done, wonderful, translations.
Please please please reconsider, please don't drop this translation. Pleeeeeeease?
hi, and thank you so much for your kind words! i has no idea how much i would genuinely enjoy translating this manhwa and i’d really love to continue doing so. the person suggested i find another comic to translate but there are currently no comics that i’m reading that need a translator, nor do i know if there are spanish or italian translations available for those series so i can translate those. there’s definitely way more people who want me to continue translating compared to those who would rather have us wait and i knew this would happen. perhaps i will continue to translate dear door and upload it here? anyways, thanks again for your kindness! I truly do hope you decide to continue. I really love this story, and your translations have been so wonderful and easy to understand, saving me (and everyone else) from the hell that has been all of the prior Google translate copypasta. I always get worried when the manga/manhwa/webtoons and shows I love reach the end of a season, or go on hiatus, or lose a translator because I don't know if I'll still be here when they start back up. I've been extremely lucky to have made it 8 months passed the less than 6 I was given last Feb, so I get really excited whenever a new season of something I love starts up or a translator picks up something I'd lost hope of getting to read more of.
I'm still very grateful to you for the chapters you did translate, thanks to you I (and everyone else) was at least able to get a better idea of what's actually going on. Thank you so much for that
Is it because I questioned the translation team demanding it be removed and used the word "asinine"?
(Side note: for anyone who may not know, "asinine" isn't a swear word...)
