Also this is a very small detail so it doesn’t really matter but I thought I shld point out too! The panel where he calls out to II-Jo while he was folding the laundry, the sfx was 움찔 = ‘flinch’ instead of focused. So, Il-Jo probably heard him but chose not to reply/answer.
Just want to point out a lil sfx you’re confused.
You mentioned ‘sung-eul’ but it’s actually 중얼 which is read as ‘jung-eol’ and it means mumbling/muttering :)
