First 10 chapters were UNBEARABLE. If this is the plot that people enjoy, fuck me man. I'd rather go look for some rape/fucked up manga than continue this kind of toxic male lead - manga.

It's honestly heartbreaking to see this and continue watching on. I understand cheating plots in porn-like webtoons, I usually love those and close one eye as the sex scenes are more enjoyable. (Rare to get good sex scenes and good plot anyway) But this girls' man is literally the nicest, most considerate and trustful guy, yet she doesn't communicate to him properly about her OWN sexual needs.
I'm a female and I just want to say to girls that don't know, guys cannot read our minds. Stop assuming they can. Don't be shy and just let him know what you want and need from him! If he refuses thats another story but Girl... This webtoon hits HARD, because I've seen so many girls exactly like this female lead just because they are embarrassed. I mean if you are too shy to talk about sex with your partner, means you guys are just not ready for sex yet!
Those far fetched webtoons with the male lead fucking multiple women in their own little harem and them cheating is by far way better than this. This story is very relatable realistically and I stopped being able to sexualise this webtoon half way through. Is it still worth reading on?

So many mangas I've read under strong female lead which end up all damsels in distress.. Finally found an amazing one! Loved how she managed to change to a "better" self of her despite many past lifes. All I want now is for the story to please not progress with the romance too abruptly. Please, please, please focus more on her story and self recovery.

Other cheating smut is not even this bad. Since manga is unreal, sometimes we use some sort of excuse to justify why we still continue reading it and like it.

In the first few chapter there were no signs of her being abused, even when she made mistakes her sisters were asking if she was alright. It's clear that she tends to over exaggerate when it comes to most things.
And I don't think having more guys to dance with than your sisters is something to cry about? Unless your trying to be sacarstic to them.
On the first chapter MC says that the memories she received left it obvious that the original Mildred was already using her as maid before she transmigrated, and that she already disliked Ashley a lot, and probably let her know she was a burden openly too.
We never see it because this novel is told from the MC's point of view, and when the MC transmigrates she works fast to try to fix the situation, but who knows what sort of situation the stepmother had already made Ashley go through.
Besides that, there's the whole situation about her losing her mother young and then her father too to boot, and she's still really young. Her only family left is her stepmother and stepsisters, so she's trying really hard to fit in and please them, and making her sisters lose the spotlight is something she didn't want to do.
So when she sees her stepmother in a bad mood the next day she overthinks it and believes it's her fault, which says a lot about her own self-esteem.
It seems over dramatic to say but i felt all that happened to the male lead. The fact that the emperor is trying to justify his actions to the male lead by saying he won't repeat his misdeeds and knows what to do this lifetime just kills me. Victims don't just forgive their abusers just like that and there is seriously no way anybody will want to get together when their rapist/abuser... A bad or good ending is fine but i really hope they don't end up together for the sake of the male lead, mentally and physically.
From such a title was expecting some fucked up shit but it's nice and fluffy. I also like it more when their kind of the same size, not like one being extremely big and the other incredibly small.
Why are there so many horrible smut mangas. It was a good idea of a story but somehow the directing of the plot is shit. I'm not asking for a wholesome story, but look at what the quality has become.
