It’s interesting cause the influence Hubert has over Melissa could have been really creepy and controlling but time and time again he’s shown to just love her sincerely and was very careful in how he approached her at different stages of her life. I like how she doesn’t doubt his love for her cause it’s pretty obvious how much he loves her

I like how they’re always on the same page about the dragons, tho. He’s never like, “pay attention to me and not blur.” I guess because they both love dragons so much
