I just remembered this very manhwa.
It is in a modern setting. Doors showing up to selected individuals is a type of event wherein they need to go in there to get this special ability (I guess). There are two brothers together in a room watching tv. Then one of them (MC) got the legendary golden door which js said to be the best and rarest of them. However when the MC was about to enter, his sibling stole that very door from him.
