It was either a BL/shounen ai manga. I could be mixing two different stories up or not lol I forgot. But there’s this kid who tries to hide his supernatural ability from the seme. The facility had them go through tests to eliminate people. He doesnt want people to die so he tries to help people survive subtly as many as he can. Eventually the seme or someone notices him and moves him to live in the top floor or whatever. He tries to escape, fails. The seme tries to uncover his ability and does in the end by using this guy to put him in hypnosis and create a fake environment.

Mom and his brother were the most annoying people in this and dragging his life down. I’d much rather be with the dude than deal with those two.
