I don't remember anything about this manga just one scene. This is a bl.
The ml is already dating someone but he has an affair with a lot of people. One of the person he has an affair with is our main character. The main character says he is okay with just being on the side and he is okay with not dating. But one day ml and mc is together in a room. Ml needs to go to work so he wears a suit and goes out. Then he remembers he forgot his tie in the room so he goes back. He opens the door then sees mc kneeling with ml's tie on his hand and crying.
Then later he breaks up with everyone and dates mc.

I don't remember the beginning of the story but what I remember is it is a bl and the characters are already a couple. They loved eachother and they have been a couple since a long time so now they feel they are losing interest in eachother. One day they are in a car and there going somewhere. The character in passenger seat feels the driver seat person is not interested in him anymore
,So he throws his ring outside the window the ml stops the car shouts at him saying "why did you throw the ring" and he searches for the ring in the road.
