And I find this interesting, I wonder where the author is going to bring this story. I'm actually pretty into romancy psychological stuff and I find Jinx a dumpster fire you cant take your eyes off of. Dan is suffering BUT he's got serious psychological issues that may explain his attachment to JK. I decided to follow this story until the end because I actually think the author is onto something that may have been lost on BJ Alex.

So, no, Jinx isnt just a "rape kink" story. I think the author is exploring what this jinx is going to entail in a pretty detailed manner.
