So the hints so far are the siwoo became muscly after falling for byul like dojin did when he fell for hyesung to protect him. Wish we had more details on when they stopped talking but baby byul doesn’t remember xD
The other hint is that byul prob has a citrus scent. Siwoo sprayed lemon on his pillow (but it could be to repress his own scent or something else) and it showed siwoo smelling a dish wash soap at the grocery
