I think other functions mean anything but the image loading? Meaning that everything (like search bar, comment sections, questions page, searching tags, etc.) is fine and no errors except for the image loading
The ‘other functions’ they’re talking about is everything else aside from picture related stuff on this website, for example the forum, the questions, comment section sypnosis etc.
