Try pursed-lip breathing. I have my fair share of anxiety before sleeping. I try to rationalize it because if not, I'll be having a panic attack. I would slowly go to the root of it. If it's out of my control then, I don't have any control with that so I'll let it be. If I can control it, then that's when I think of steps what to do next. It takes ......   reply
