FL is a little to pessimistic for my tastes it's honestly a little annoying plus it feels like she's purposefully being thick to the ML's affections he clearly bears her no ill will yet when he was clearly blushing over her calling his nickname she's like "oh he's mad at me" WHAT ABOUT THAT FACE SCREAMS MAD. But this isn't as annoying as the ML, it's giving The Villainess is a Marionette cause why is he obsessed with her after a conversation that happened when they were kids. It's actually worse than TVM at least Rafaelo was somewhat cute this guy is just plain creepy. Sometimes it's cute but it's mostly creepy because they haven't seen each other in years.
Another complaint I have about FL is that she's able to speak so confidently yet she can't give that same energy when it comes to development of things around her. I understand not being able to reject the empress when she comes to you with a task. But she has virtually no excuse for ML all sure he was a bad husband but he was never abusive not in the original story and not now after she's already changed the plot. Just say you want to annul your engagement to focus on your career or something. But noooooo we need an excuse to make them keep interacting. It's not romantic at all.
Honestly, the biggest compliment I can give the story, well it's not even the story actually it's more for the translation team. The quality is so good it's in like 4k or something blurriness where? We don't know her? She does not belong to this household. It's so good. The art is decent FL's design is basic af how many more pink haired blue eyed FL's with the hair bump are we gonna get. ML is an ehhhhh for me he's fine also kinda basic but at least it's not black hair and red eyes. Speaking of which of course the villain just had to have that combo it's apparently impossible to make a story and not have an important character with those specific colors. So, maybe it needs more chapters to flesh out the plot and characters more but rn for me it's 3/5.
