Side eyeing the parents so hard rn. Like wow it’s fucked that they find out the little shit has been harassing the mc with her magic and the response is to give her a talk. Like what! Because of her direct actions MC literally almost died. I get it she’s a kid she didn’t do it on purpose (although I kinda don’t believe that because she only sent the wind magic to push her after she was on the ice) but it’s insane to me that she didn’t get grounded at the very least. I don’t care that the parents are young it’s still their responsibility to control their crazy kids. This is setting a tone for other character relationships and let me tell you I am not impressed.
