Tbh the character dev fun fun stuff of these two took very long in the novel. But i gotta tell you top 1 most beautiful scene from the novel is in Ajiniko arc that is, if the illustrator/ artist nails the feeling and ambiance of that scene

ive read roses and champagne and have reread it a few times since and its in no way better than this. it has random rape more than once. top literally fucks bot multiple days straight after shootin him in has abdomen and liter stays inside him when the doctor went into the room to check on bot wounds. theres more that i cant remember i’ll have to go back and read it but tbh i dont wanna

dont quite rmmbr if this is exactly what happens but yohan confronts jun abt his crush on junwoo. jun admits he liked junwoo in the past but doesnt anymore and then says to yohan that he can help him with his family issue (bc jun believes yohan was ostracized from his family bc he was gay). he basically said they were accomplices to their secret (being gay) and it strengthens their relationship

you can say that their relationship does progress as yohan becomes more open towards jun (like he does a lot of subtle flirty things that gives jun butterflies) but then their relationship worsens after a dinner scene with yohan's family. thats when yohan starts ignoring jun which leads to jun being bullied (yk bc school hierarchy). i dont really rmmbr what exactly happens after that but i think jun ends up going abroad for his summer vacation after graduating highschool to get away from yohan and the stress. then yohan and jun meet again when they start college (i think its a 1-2 months timeskip) and when an accident happens to yohan thats when yohan pledges his love and devotion to jun where jun essentially becomes his "god" (yohan uses religion to cope i think??) their first kiss doesnt happen until after the main story ends (but yohan does kiss juns feet when he pledges his devotion to jun so idk does that count as a kiss?? ╮(￣▽￣)╭)
