felix is honestly valid for that bc he confided in 7 and laid out all his vulnerabilities and at this point they are not emotionally invested in each other (yet) so 7 should not be joking like that. And also i applaud this author for writing felix to react like that bc usually the uke would just submit. And being intoxicated is never an excuse for your mistakes.
