They were BOTH fated pairs with Yuu. If I remember correctly, it was because Kou’s and Ginga’s cells were super compatibility after being frequently intimate with one another (enough exchange between their mucous membranes). That way they could form a 3-way bond

Yeah sorry (〜￣△￣)〜 I just meant that Yuu was the common denominator for them and that it’s not that Kou and Ginga were particularly fated to be together (In my head it looked like Kou was fated with Yuu, Ginga with Yuu and Yuu with both, but not Kou and Ginga with each other). But it looks like they are all fated because the alpha pheromones became compatible :)

Ohhh that’s what I thought tooooo; the fated pairs are yuu + kou and yuu + ginga, where kou and ginga are basically the same pheromone-wise (tho idk how to feel about how they shared so many cells that they became super compatible)
