I’m looking for a BL omegaverse. The MC founds out he is omega so he removed his ovary(I think) something like that. I can’t remember much of it, since I read it about 1 or 2 years ago. Not a very usual omegaverse and the art style is good. I think it’s a bit more Shounen-Ai than Yaoi.
