i had fun with this story but its a shame there's a problem with it I can't ignore.
erna's extreme inability to draw boundaries and voice them appropriately defines her entire character and makes her deeply dislikable. it is a real flaw of someone's character that in the real world should not be tolerated in thinking adults.
it would be fine if this was a story of growth but the story itself seems to say that everything and everyone else needs to change, not her, so that she can continue to stay a child.
its a shoujo where the main character's best friend has really good-looking older brother and the mc falls in love at first sight and kind of crushes on him forever even though he's a jerk and seems like he'll never pay attention to her. He eventually does modelling and the mc ends up working as a behind the scenes assistant and (spoiler --they get together in the end -- they hug and it gets caught on tv-). the mc came off kinda like an airhead but i think i liked the ending cause there was some development (ie she was good at her job). the art style is kinda old school
here's what I was thinking.

you can tell the romance is mid because people are way more hyped over the villain, hating him and whatnot, than any of the pair's moments. they r happy but boring together
agree that the romance is mid and the couple is painfully boring together.
but i like the world building and how the story isn't focused much on the romance part, it's like game of throne yaoi version.
the other similar story i used to like is the King's Maker. Unfortunately, i dropped after season 1 where the story got good and not so after (due to heavy romance focused).
this is just my preference :)
