holy SHIT this is a ride omfg this is gonna be ALOT to type…but I gotta do it in order to remember the story when it updates ..
Uke was gangster bad ass in modern world, murdered by his underlines and reborn 500 years into the past. The first person who sees him is a real historical figure, who falls for him at first sight and makes him his page. Uke knows this historical figure (we’ll go by seme now) will die in battle soon, so he uses his past knowledge as a gangster to protect him the way he protected his past underlings.
Seme is enamoured by him and despite being reborn as a smaller and seemingly more delicate type of person, Uke overpowers seme at times which is a SHOCK to the ppl around them. Uke is suspected to be a spy so ppl tend to be hostile around him at times. There’s a battle coming up and Uke is finally at the cusp of realising his feelings.
The battle finally arrives and Uke is separated from the semes army by a rival, who turns out to be his underling from the modern times who killed him, here to kill him again.
Uke is fatally injured, but this time he goes back to an alternate version of his original time line.
Uke spends a week there and kind of sees how his original death transpired and came to be and gains clarity from it.
After he original death plays through once again, Uke is happy to go back 500 year later to see and save seme from his historically famed demise….
…..unfortunately, time continued to pass while uke was back in his original time line. It has been 11 years since Uke disappeared, and now seme is older, cold and suspicious of Uke.
He believes that Uke betrayed and ditched hin for 11 years, and the fact that he hasn’t aged has made him all the more suspicious.
…im at the part where Uke asks seme to give hin a year to regain his past, which seme grudgingly accepts.
